    VENDOR COORDINATION ONLY-$750

    -Communicating timelines with all vendors

    -Greeting/communicating with vendors day-off

    -Arrives to venue when vendors are expected to arrive (TBD with couple)

    -Leaves once open dancing starts, all vendor coordination is completed (TBD with couple)

    -NO SETUP/NO CLEANUP

    All services can be adjusted to fit couples needs

  • Golden hour

    DAY-OF WEDDING COORDINATION-$1500

    -Setup assistance with ceremony & reception décor (if at the same or physically close location as time allows)

    -Vendor Coordination package

    -Leaves once open dancing starts, all vendor coordination is completed (TBD with couple) *Couple must coordinate designated loved ones to take items, gifts, décor, etc. home

    -NO FINAL CLEANUP AT END OF NIGHT

    All services can be adjusted to fit couples needs

  • black tie affair

    FULL-DAY WEDDING COORDINATION-$3000

    -Rehearsal coordination (setup/cleanup assistance if needed), practicing ceremony with the wedding party

    -Vendor Coordination package

    -Setup décor at Venue

    -Cleanup décor at Venue

    -Must coordinate designated loved ones to take items, gifts, décor, etc. home

    All services can be adjusted to fit couples needs
